-the only vision insurances we accept are vsp and eyemed.
-we do accept most medical insurances.
-contact lens follow up and medical exams can not be scheduled online, please call or text the office to schedule your appointment.
-we see patients age 6 and up.
-A "No show", "no call", or missed appt will incur a $50 fee. A call or text to our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appt time will avoid the fee.
-If you have not registered for your patient portal please ask staff for a link to set up your portal. Please note that a new link for registration expires after 72 hours. You will need to request a new link from staff.
